Salsa dancing is a great way to make friends and stay in shape! In September, we run a four-week intensive course starting 8 Sept. In October, we run 8 week beginner course. Absolute beginner courses focus on building a solid foundation that will set you up for success! Poor technique can lead to bad habits. Bad habits not only can lead to injury, they that can be hard to ‘un learn’!
WHAT LEVEL SHOULD I ATTEND?
We have 6 Levels of salsa dance classes and 4 levels of Bachata dance classes.
Most attendees start at the Beginner 1 level.
SALSA: Beginner 1 -> Beginner 2 -> Improver 1 -> Improver 2 -> Intermediate 1
BACHATA: Bachata Beg 1 ->Bachata Beg 2 -> Bachata Level 2 -> Bachata Level 3
Please note in order to attend Beginner 2 students should have either 1) completed Beg 1 or 2) discussed prior dance experience with teacher BEFORE joining (AKA taking a ‘limited drop-in’). Please email info@salsabachatasocialclub.com to arrange a chat.

You do not need to attend an open day to attend the course, but if you do you will be AHEAD of the game! wink wink!
